What’s in these Terms?

These Terms of Use (the Terms) outline the rules for using our applications found at agriaudit.co.uk and named ‘AgriAudit’.

Please note that the web app has an associated mobile application. Use of the Web App is governed by a separate set of App-only terms available upon download.

Privacy

Under data protection laws, we must provide certain details regarding our identity, how we process personal data, your rights, and how to exercise them.

This information is available in our Privacy Notice at agriaudit.co.uk/privacy (the Web Privacy Notice). It is important that you read this information.

As a Web subscriber (you/a Subscriber), you may process personal data related to others and must comply with the Web Privacy Notice.

Breaching the terms of the Web Privacy Notice constitutes a breach of these Terms.

1. Changes to these Terms and the Web Application

1.1 We may update these Terms from time to time. Any modifications will be available via our website. Each time you use the Web app, please check the Terms to ensure you understand the latest version.

1.2 If you continue to use the Web app, it confirms that you accept the updated Terms.

1.3 If you do not wish to agree to these or any updated Terms, you may delete your account following the process outlined in clause 8.2.

1.4 We may update and change the Web app to enhance performance, improve functionality, address security concerns, or comply with system updates. If you do not install necessary updates, your ability to use the Webapp may be affected.

2. Who We Are and How to Contact Us

AgriAudit is a web and mobile application operated by AgriAudit Ltd (we/us), a SaaS platform tailored for agricultural businesses, facilitating the management of agricultural based audits or inspections through assisting in the preparation.

We are registered in the UK under company number SC806037 and have our registered office at East Scryne Farm, Carnoustie, Angus, United Kingdom, DD7 6LL.

To contact us, please email support@agriaudit.co.uk. We may transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms to another organisation. We will notify you in writing if this occurs and ensure that the transfer does not affect your rights.

3. Our Web app

The AgriAudit Web app enables agricultural businesses to manage audits on a centralised platform.

4. Use of the Web app

4.1 Subscription Agreement Definitions:

App-only Users: Individuals authorised by the Subscriber to use the App.

Effective Date: The date the Subscriber creates an account.

Free Trial Term: A 90-day trial from the Effective Date.

Subscription: The service purchased by the Subscriber, granting access to the Web app and App in accordance with these Terms.

Subscription Fees: Fees payable by the Subscriber, subject to change.Subscription Term: Either a one-month or twelve-month period for which the Subscriber pays Subscription Fees.

4.1.1 Payment and RenewalThe Subscriber must provide valid billing details upon sign-up. Subscription Fees are charged within five working days of the trial’s end and subsequent renewal periods unless the account is closed as per clause 4.1.

4.4.1.2 Account ManagementSubscribers must not share login details. App-only Users must maintain secure passwords. We may audit usage and request compliance verification.

5. Eligibility

You must be over 18 to use the Web app. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts suspected to be operated by underage individuals.

6. Misuse of the Web app

Do not introduce malicious software. Do not attempt unauthorised access. Do not use the Web app for illegal activities, including threats or harassment.

7. Intellectual Property

We retain ownership of all intellectual property associated with the Web app. Users are prohibited from modifying, distributing, or reverse-engineering any part of the Webapp.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts violating these Terms without notice. You may request account deletion by emailing support@agriaudit.co.uk. Deleted accounts will be removed permanently within 30 days. We reserve the right to remove inactive accounts after six months.

9. Liability Limitations

We do not accept responsibility for: Loss of data, business, or profit due to Web app issues. User-generated content that may be offensive or incorrect. Personal injury or property damage resulting from Web app use.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by UK law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of UK courts.
