These Terms of Use outline the rules for using our applications found at agriaudit.co.uk, collectively referred to as “AgriAudit.” Please note that the web application is associated with a mobile application, and use of the mobile version is governed by separate app-only terms available upon download.
Under data protection laws, we are required to provide details about our identity, how we process personal data, your rights, and how to exercise them. This information is available in our Privacy Notice at agriaudit.co.uk/privacy. It is important that you read this document carefully.As a web subscriber (“you” or “the Subscriber”), you may process personal data related to others and must comply with the Privacy Notice. Any breach of the Privacy Notice will be considered a breach of these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any modifications will be made available on our website. Each time you use the AgriAudit web app, please review the Terms to ensure you understand the latest version. Continued use of the web app will be considered acceptance of any updated Terms.If you do not wish to agree to any changes, you may delete your account following the process outlined in clause 8.2. We may also update and change the web app to improve performance, enhance functionality, address security issues, or ensure compatibility with system updates. If you choose not to install necessary updates, your ability to use the AgriAudit web app may be affected.
AgriAudit is a web and mobile application operated by AgriAudit Ltd, a software platform designed for agricultural businesses to manage audits and inspections efficiently. We are registered in the United Kingdom under company number SC806037, with our registered office at East Scryne Farm, Carnoustie, Angus, United Kingdom, DD7 6LL. To contact us, please email support@agriaudit.co.uk. We may transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms to another organisation. If this occurs, we will notify you in writing and ensure that the transfer does not affect your rights.
The AgriAudit web app enables agricultural businesses to manage audits and compliance activities through a centralised digital platform.
The AgriAudit web app operates under a subscription model. The following definitions apply:App-only Users are individuals authorised by the Subscriber to use the mobile application.The Effective Date refers to the date the Subscriber creates an account.The Free Trial Term is a 60-day trial period beginning on the Effective Date.A Subscription refers to the service purchased by the Subscriber, which grants access to both the web and mobile applications.Subscription Fees are the fees payable by the Subscriber and are subject to change.The Subscription Term may be a one-month or twelve-month period for which Subscription Fees are payable.Subscribers must provide valid billing details upon sign-up. Subscription Fees are charged within five working days after the trial ends, and for each renewal period thereafter, unless the account is closed in accordance with clause 8.2.Subscribers must not share login details with others. App-only Users must maintain secure passwords and protect their account credentials. We reserve the right to audit usage and request verification to ensure compliance with these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the AgriAudit web app. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that we reasonably believe are operated by individuals under the age of 18.
You must not misuse the AgriAudit platform. This includes introducing malware, attempting unauthorised access to our systems, or using the web app for any illegal activities such as harassment, threats, or other unlawful behaviour.
All intellectual property rights associated with the AgriAudit platform, including software, branding, and content, are owned by AgriAudit Ltd. Users are not permitted to modify, distribute, reproduce, or reverse-engineer any part of the web app.
We may suspend or terminate your account without notice if you violate these Terms. You may request account deletion at any time by contacting support@agriaudit.co.uk. Once confirmed, deleted accounts will be permanently removed within 30 days. We also reserve the right to remove inactive accounts after six months of non-use.
We are not liable for any loss of data, business interruption, or profit loss resulting from the use or inability to use the web app. We are not responsible for user-generated content that may be inaccurate or offensive, nor are we liable for any personal injury or property damage resulting from use of the platform.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.
